New Lists for Target Marketing

The times are changing. Marketing costs are skyrocketing. Buyers are more sophisticated and competition for customers is fierce. There are 120,000 new businesses (new competitors) that start up in the U.S each month. Targeted marketing reduces costs and improves response rates. Here are few lists to consider.

American Church Lists – Churches are like any other business. They purchase goods and services. This file contains 1.4 million records. It was phone verified for contact information in 2003. It also includes ministries, facilities and sponsorships. Membership size is one of the available selects that will help target your best prospects.

Executive Network – The list is comprised of U.S. business executives, managers and professionals who subscribe to trade publications. They rely on targeted newsletters, magazines and e-zines – to keep them abreast of trends and issues in their industry. The file has over 4.8 million contact names with addresses. Many records have e-mail addresses available too!

New Connect – This file provides mailing and telemarketing lists of residents and businesses that have recently connected or disconnected a phone line. Over 1.5 million residential and 250,000 businesses are added every month. This file targets new households, new or expanded businesses, highly connected locations with multiple lines and business or consumer name changes.

Multi-Donors – On average, donors in the U.S. give to three non-profit organizations. This file consists of known donors who have made several charitable contributions. Multi-donors tend to be married with children, have college or post graduate degrees and incomes above $50,000. They are likely to donate more than $1,000 a year to support charities. There are 4.4 million records with selects for gender and Hispanic.
